Countdown to get what you want

Do you ever lose arguments with yourself? For example, how many times do you tap your snooze button before getting out of bed? (I know --you set your alarm to ring early so that you can hit the snooze right)? How often do you put off heading to the gym? How hard is it to turn off the tube and actually get yourself to go to bed! This is an example of small behaviors that can accumulate over time and block us from getting the things we want most. So what? We're human right? Exactly!
